Last updated: [[LAST_UPDATED]]. This End User License Agreement
(“EULA”) is a licence between you and Old District
(olddistrict.com, operated by [[OPERATOR_NAME]]). It governs your
right to access and use the game software and content. It works alongside our
Terms of Service; if the two conflict on licensing, this EULA prevails.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Old District Mafia for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, through a standard web browser.
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
Any in-game currency, credits, items and progress are licensed, not sold, and remain part of the game. They are virtual, have no cash value, and you acquire no ownership or intellectual-property rights in them. We may change, reset or remove them as described in the Terms of Service.
You keep ownership of content you create and submit (such as chat and messages). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, transmit and moderate that content as needed to operate the game. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit it.
The game and all rights in it - including the software, name, logos, artwork, text, sounds and design - are owned by [[OPERATOR_NAME]] or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The game uses third-party libraries and services (for example the Tailwind CSS framework, Font Awesome, the Toastify library, Google Fonts and PayPal). These remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their own licences and terms.
This licence lasts while your account is active. It ends automatically if you break this EULA or the Terms of Service, or if we discontinue the game. On termination you must stop using the game; sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive.
You confirm that you are at least 14 years old. The game may not be used by anyone under 14. See our Age & Consent Policy.
The game is licensed “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this EULA removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
This EULA is governed by [[GOVERNING_LAW]]. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
